Eagle Ridge Tech LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ZoneShift mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.
Sleep Profile Data: When you set up the Service, we collect your usual wake time, bedtime, chronotype preference, and supplement/caffeine preferences. This data is stored locally on your device and is used solely to generate your personalized jet lag recovery plan.
Trip Data: The Service collects trip information you voluntarily enter, including departure and destination cities, travel dates and times, layover details, and schedule flexibility preferences. This data is necessary to provide the core functionality of the Service.
Purchase Information: If you purchase a per-trip plan, annual subscription, or lifetime access, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store or Google through Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your purchase status from RevenueCat, our subscription management partner.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for the purpose of troubleshooting and improving the Service.

All user data — including sleep profiles, trip details, and generated plans — is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not operate a cloud database for user data. Your plans, preferences, and history remain on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
ZoneShift uses the Claude AI model by Anthropic to generate personalized daily tips, trip strategy summaries, destination fun facts, and to power the Ask ZoneShift chat feature for eligible subscribers. When these features are used, the following data is sent to the AI service: your trip route (cities), time difference, schedule flexibility setting, chronotype, computed schedule times, and flight itinerary times. No personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or payment details is transmitted to the AI service.
The Service provides general informational content about dietary supplements and their potential relationship to sleep and jet lag recovery. This information is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The Service does not collect or store any health data beyond the sleep profile preferences you voluntarily enter. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.
If you enable push notification reminders, all notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to our servers or any third party. You can disable notifications at any time through the app's Settings or your device's notification settings.

ZoneShift is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete your trip history and sleep profile at any time through the app's Settings. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data. Since we do not store user data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete.
