Nail It: DIY Project Planner — Eagle Ridge Tech LLC

Nail It is a DIY project planning app. This policy explains what information is involved when you use Nail It and how it is handled. An account is not required to use the app — all projects are stored locally on your device by default.
Nail It stores your projects, tasks, budgets, photos, and AI-generated content locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to sign in and enable cloud backup. We do not have access to your locally stored project data unless you opt in to cloud sync.
If you choose to create an account and sign in, your project data and photos are backed up to Supabase, a cloud database platform. This allows you to access your projects across multiple devices and protects against data loss. Your email address is used solely for account authentication. We do not use it for marketing purposes. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
Nail It may request access to your camera and photo library so you can attach photos to your projects and use the AI Room Preview feature. Photos are stored locally on your device. If you are signed in with cloud backup enabled, photos are also uploaded to secure cloud storage. Photos used for AI Room Preview are sent to OpenAI for processing as described below.
When you use the AI Room Preview feature, the photo you provide is sent to OpenAI's API to generate a visual preview of your project. The photo is used solely to produce the requested preview and is not stored by us after processing. OpenAI processes the image according to their own privacy policy, available at openai.com/privacy. Images are transmitted securely via HTTPS.
When you generate a build plan or use the Ask AI feature, your project details (such as title, description, and dimensions) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. No photos are sent during this process. This data is used solely to produce the requested output and is not stored by us after processing. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
Nail It Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we never receive, store, or have access to your credit card number or payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier to track whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Nail It does not collect your name, phone number, or location. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not display advertising of any kind.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only external data transmission occurs during AI features (as described above), optional cloud backup via Supabase, and subscription verification through RevenueCat.
You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app. If you have a cloud backup account, you can request deletion of all your account data and cloud-stored projects by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Nail It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
